Token China Precision Power Components Inc. has extended the resistance range of its chip resistors to 3 megohm while maintaining the TCR at ±5ppm/°C for medical electronics such as battery-operated implantable devices and hybrid circuit applications. Additionally, the AR series of precision chip resistors are ideal for a wide range of applications requiring excellent stability, low TCR, and tight tolerances.


Designed to deliver precision and stability over time and temperature, the AR series of ultra-miniature resistor chips combine Tokenchina's NiCr thin-film technology with silicon substrate processing to produce devices. The AR series is said to be the only available 3 megaohm precision resistor in a miniature package with TCRs as low as ±5ppm/°C.


The AR series of chip resistors offer a resistance range from 1Ω~3MΩ, with tolerances to ±0.01% to ±0.50%. The precision resistors feature a power rating of 0.5W at 70°C, with a rated operating voltage of 150V. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. Custom specifications are available.


Tokenchina's AR Thin Film Precision Chip Resistors are Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS)-compliant with lead-free.
